Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy
At the heart of our physical therapy services is a commitment to helping you regain function, reduce pain, and improve your overall quality of life. Whether you're recovering from an injury, healing after surgery, or managing a chronic condition, our experienced therapists are here to support you every step of the way.
We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique needs, goals, and physical limitations. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your condition and lifestyle. Our evidence-based therapies focus on:
- Restoring Mobility – We help improve joint flexibility and range of motion to make everyday movements easier and more comfortable.
- Rebuilding Strength – Targeted exercises and techniques are used to strengthen weakened muscles, improve posture, and support long-term stability.
- Enhancing Independence – Our ultimate goal is to help you return to the activities you enjoy with confidence, whether that means walking unassisted, returning to sports, or simply moving without pain.
Our team uses a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and modern rehabilitation technologies to ensure the most effective outcomes. With compassionate care and a patient-centered approach, we’re dedicated to helping you heal, move, and thrive.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique used as a compliment to physical therapy to help relieve muscle pain and movement problems. It targets trigger points (tight, sensitive knots in muscles). Dry needling is most helpful for muscle-related pain, tightness, and movement restrictions, especially when other treatments haven't fully helped. Dry needling works best when combined with stretching, strengthening and movement retraining.
How does it work? Muscle trigger points don't always respond to stretching or massage alone. Dry needling reaches deep muscle layers that hands often can't, making it especially effective for stubborn or chronic muscle pain.
What is dry needling good for:
- Neck, shoulder, and back pain
- Hip, glute, and leg tightness
- Jaw pain (TMJ- related muscle tension)
- Release tight bands of muscle
